WORK EXPERIENCE

Duties:  Work with the field to install the NID.  Configure NID, run Jitter and Delay test, run RFC throughput and delay test.  Test through LEC circuit to the NID.  Troubleshoot layer 1 and 2 with LEC and field tech.

Working hand in hand with the sales and account teams as well as being the direct contact for the customer. Coordinating all steps of service implementation from order creation from a sales shell, through test and turn up of customer circuits and local service.
In the month of October, I was promoted to Implementation Team lead and subject matter expert.
My current job function is to mentor fellow Implementation managers, train new members, and continue the training of existing members.
I am in charge of creation of training and process documents to be used on a daily basis for our implementation group.

Worked with offshore representative from India's Infosys, together developed Training process and documentation for DS1 and DS3 design.
Traveled to India to implement the training process, and personally trained 30+ Circuit designers in DS1 and DS3 installation. Also trained offshore personell in the Level3 disconnect process.
